Before I begin work, I will explain my billing practices and policies. I will also provide you with a clear estimate to which I will strive to adhere. If the estimate needs to be revised, I will let you know before completing further work.
I require the advance payment of attorney’s fees by credit card or check (standard industry practice). When the work you need done exceeds $1,000 in attorney’s fees, I will have you sign my retainer agreement (as legally required).
